So, you are ready to move forward and rent a property. The following forms and links will help you get through the process:
- Rental Application and Consent to Run Credit - Please print, complete and return the Rental Application and Consent to Run Credit. There is a $50.00 fee required when the application is submitted. This is used in part to pay for your credit report.
- Contract to Lease - Next, if both you and we agree to proceed, you will complete a Contract to Lease form. There will be a deposit required with this form as we will be taking the property off of the market and holding it for you.
- Lease - Next, we will execute the lease. Please open this document and make yourself familiar with it.
- Move In and Move Out Checklist & Procedures - This lists the inventory and condition of the unit you are renting. We use the same form when it is time for you to move out.
- Local Area & Information Guide - Playa Realty & Management LLC, serves Northeast Florida/Duval, St. Johns & Clay Counties to include Jacksonville, Southside, Orange Park, Middleburg, San Marco, St. Johns, Ponte Vedra Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Villano Beach and St. Augustine.
- Jacksonville Electric Authority - The JEA electric and water system currently serves customers in Jacksonville and parts of three adjacent counties. Follow this link to establish service.
- Florida Power & Light - The Florida Power and Light Company is the largest investor-owned electric utility in Florida, serving more than 4.4 million customer accounts. To establish service with FPL follow the link.
- Beaches Energy Service - Beaches Energy Services offers service to Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach and Palm Valley. We offer online home energy audits, the CARE program, online bill payment, bank draft for bill payment and special services for special needs customers.
- Teco Peoples Gas - Since 1895, Peoples Gas has provided Florida’s citizens and businesses with reliable, economical energy services. As the state’s leading natural gas provider, Peoples Gas has offices in every major metropolitan area to serve more than 330,000 commercial, industrial and residential customers.
- Clay Electric - Clay Electric Cooperative is an incorporated, member-owned, non-profit electric power supplier, democratically organized and controlled by those it serves.
- Clay County Utility Authority - We are charged with the responsibility of providing our customers with the best long-term value at the lowest possible cost.
- St. Johns County Utility - The St. Johns County Utility Department is responsible for the reading, billing and collection of approximately 35,000 service connections. It also administers and coordinates utility status management reporting, reviews engineering drawings, construction management and performs inspections and surveys for new construction.
- City of St. Augustine Utility - Applications to establish utility service at an existing account must be made in the Department of Finance, Budget and Management at 50 Bridge St. Same day service is available on accounts established prior to 12:00pm (noon).
