Playa (pronounced PLY YAH) in Spanish means shore, or beach.  Here in Northeast Florida, our beautiful beaches, perfect weather and rich history are among the many things that are part of our paradise.

While we are very prominent in the beach areas, we are also strong in Jacksonville's many other diverse neighborhoods and communities.

Playa Realty & Management LLC, serves Northeast Florida/Duval, St. Johns & Clay Counties to include Jacksonville, Southside, Orange Park, Middleburg, San Marco, St. Johns, Ponte Vedra Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Villano Beach and St. Augustine.
